The car was not repairable so Andres, the adviser from body shop connected with me Amber so I could look at some new cars. Amber is not just any ordinary sales person. Ms. Phillips tirelessly worked with me to help select a suitable vehicle. Amber is not just a good sales person, she also knew lots of fine details about the 2012 Civic LX that she helped me select. She's a great Car Tender! (this is a secret joke that only we both know what it means and NO, you can't ask her lol). Cory (Business Manager) was also kind and helpful in taking caring of paperwork, financing and formalities. I would also like to mention Kristina (in-charge of delivery), Aydin (Manager, pre-owned cars) and Andres (body shop). All these good folks were kind, and helpful. This does not mean I got everything I asked for, it means they tried to accommodate best they could. I think any one who deals with any of these people I mentioned should be a happy customer. No place is perfect, no two people are same. I did have some frustrating moments with another couple of associates (including one manager), but it has nothing to do with the great service from the good peers I mentioned above. This testimonial is not so much for Parkway Honda, it is more so for the individuals I mentioned. I had a wonderful experience with them and they are all what Parkway Honda needs, and more.... After all, its the people that make the name or the business, not the other way around. It is because of these good people I met, I will choose to return to Parkway Honda in future. Overall happy ! First started shopping online for vehicles and noticed that Parkways prices were just a tad lower than other dealerships. Then started communicating by email with Kirk Gonzales and got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. Then found a vehicle I was very interested in and called the used car department and spoke with Al Ramji. Al immediately had the facts on the car and answered my questions sufficiently enough that I jumped in the car and drove down to Parkway Honda right away. Upon arrival I was greeted nicely, introduced to Al right away and within 10 minutes of getting there I was able to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Al answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently without being to forwardly on making a sale but just let the vehicle and it's quality speak for itself which is what I really enjoyed. We then came to an agreement within a half an hour that suited both parties and Al did " go the extra mile" with us and his manager to make both sides happy with the agreement. Like any car deal I have ever done you get home and think, man I forgot to ask about this or I wonder if that includes this? While having those thoughts I would simply email Al with my concerns and he would get back to me within the hour usually with a fair and competent answer to my concerns. Overall I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from Parkway and would be sure to ask for Al Ramji again as my selection specialist. Cheers Paul Nelson More

Second Brand New Car Purchase Aim (Aim Mujib) did an excellent job in helping my mom pick out a 2010 CRV the first time we went to Parkway Honda in 2010. During that time he explai Aim (Aim Mujib) did an excellent job in helping my mom pick out a 2010 CRV the first time we went to Parkway Honda in 2010. During that time he explained everything so nicely to us in a way that my mom felt comfortable in making a decision. It was her first time buying a CRV and she was scared because she initially felt that she would not be a "suitable driver" because she drove a smaller car before. My mom now feels very comfortable driving the CRV and never felt bad about the purchase. Then beginning of this year, we went to Aim to help my dad pick out a 2015 civic. Again, Aim did a fantastic job in making my dad understand about the car and the various options he had. So, both my parents are driving a car today that was purchased with Aim's help. To be very honest, what I truly liked the most about Aim's interaction with us was that he spent time with us as long as we needed. I will HIGHLY recommend Aim to others who are helping their parents buy a car or are buying one for themselves. In a few years, my brother or I will be paying Aim a visit to buy a car for ourselves as well. More
