This knowledge is made apparent in the team’s accurate recommendations, answers to my questions as well as rapid assistance with any problems I might be encountering. In comparison with other dealers I have dealt with, I have found the service department to be entirely sympathetic and efficient in handling requests of mine immediately and without question. The final area I have been extremely pleased with is the reliability of the Quinn Motor Group, knowing that a loaner vehicle will always be ready for me when needed. Car has had issues which they've tried to hide and deny, and claim that they'll service it "off the books". Owner fails to take any responsibility. Will definitely take legal action. Do not waste your time at this dealership, they give BMW a bad name. Worse than some of the used car dealerships I've seen here. More
