Good Morning Marcel, I have to apologize for the lack of communication from Jenna and myself (Mike Gervais) on the Wednesday morning you tried to reach us. Unfortunately both Jenna and myself only work the afternoon shift on Wednesdays. As per the after sales/service, I must admit I'm a little disappointed that you feel we have not fulfilled your needs. As per our agreement we discussed to have the rear left door repaired in a timely manner, Jenna contacted you on the Tuesday to inform you that the vehicle would be ready sometime on Wednesday and you were OK with that. Wednesday it was ready as promised. Marcel we always try to meet or exceed customer expectations, again I apologize if you feel we have failed. Both you and myself had a great sales experience and my door is always open if you would like to talk this through. Mike Gervais

Good afternoon Mike,let me explain again what actually happened. I brought the car in on Monday and was told by Jenna it would be ready on Tuesday.On Tuesday, Jenna called and informed me it would not be ready until Wednesday morning. I said the would be fine. She informed me that she was off on Wednesday but she would leave a note for someone to call me Wednesday morning when the car came in and arrange a shuttle to pick me up. Wednesday morning no one called. So around noon i called your dealership> i could not get anyone on the phone so I left phone messages but no called me back. After several more attempts and still no reply I personally called the body shop. They informed me the car had been returned in the morning and the keys where on Jenna's desk. I again tried to get someone on the phone at your dealership but again was unsuccessful.I then called my daughter Amanda and asked her to pick me up and take me to the dealership. As my daughter and i waited for someone to come out and talk to us Jenna showed up. I explained to her what had been going on. I requested compensation for the bad service in the form of a 10,00 gas card for my daughter and a free oil change. I do not think this was unreasonable considering the circumstances. I had to cancel a Dr's appointment because of this.Jenna went inside to talk to speak to you.Jenna never returned, instead you came out and basically said that you do not compensate and that my car had been fixed. I said I was very satisfied with the repair but the customer service sucked. You basically walk away and yelled back at me "You're welcome for the great deal". I then left with my daughter following behind me in her vehicle. When we arrived at her house off Donald st. her husband noticed a dent in the back passenger side of the vehicle near the trunk.This damage was done either at your dealership or the body shop.
