We recently bought a Rio Ex from Orleans Kia, and it was a pleasant experience. Mahdi is an excellent salesperson. One could ask him a million questions and he would never lose his patience. Very poor customer service. I had a faulty headlight (warranty) which could take a full week to diagnose according to the dealership. This left me without my car for a full week. During that time, no on (warranty) which could take a full week to diagnose according to the dealership. This left me without my car for a full week. During that time, no one had called to provide an update. I had to call the dealership after the week had passed to further inquire and was told the headlight assembly needed was ordered and nobody thought to call me for an update or to let me know this could take up to a week/month for the part to arrive. I’m very disappointed with this dealership. More
