Recently picked up our new 2025 Kia K4 from this dealership. Overall, the experience was okay, but several things were disorganized and could’ve been handled better. Our sales rep wasn’t there on the scheduled pick-up day, and we weren’t informed ahead of time. We arrived a bit early and let staff know we were there to pick up the vehicle, but it felt like no one knew who was supposed to help us. It wasn’t until later that we were told our rep was actually off that day. A quick message saying something like, “Thanks for your purchase, I won’t be there Thursday—please reach out if anything comes up,” and a proper handoff would’ve made a big difference. The stand-in rep asked me to sign a vehicle sign-off form but didn’t explain what it was. It seemed to contain some important information (possibly a liability disclaimer, scheduling your first service appointment?), and I didn’t end up signing it because it timed out… something to be aware of. It also took over an hour and multiple asks to get a quote on all-weather floor liners. One of the people we asked turned out to be the assistant sales manager, who never followed up. When we were eventually directed to the service desk, the 10% promo discount wasn’t applied until we pointed it out, and none of the staff seemed to know about it. Definitely recommend double-checking everything to ensure you get any advertised promotions. Our wheel locks also weren’t installed. In hindsight, I should’ve asked for this charge to be removed, as the cost was quite high compared to their own part's website/after market options. That said, when I returned the next day, Patrick (Manager) and Riley (Service) were great—Riley had them installed within 10 minutes. Very friendly and efficient. As a first-time vehicle buyer, this felt like a below-average experience. We purchased at MSRP with the $500 spring discount from Kia Canada, which was a fair price. Really happy with the car at least! More

Nice dealership, i was verry happy with the salesman, We had agreed on a price but at that time i was not sure of the color. When i decided the color the dealer did not have the color in stock so he reduced had agreed on a price but at that time i was not sure of the color. When i decided the color the dealer did not have the color in stock so he reduced the promotion that was in the price agreed in more than half because of an extra cost for him to bring the car from another dealership. Because of that i will not buy another vehicle at this dealership and also will not recommend to fiend and family More

Review for Kia Orleans My experience with Kia Orleans was disappointing. I visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle for immediate possession. Unfortunately, the proce was disappointing. I visited the dealership with the intent to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle for immediate possession. Unfortunately, the process was far from smooth. The first issue was their limited inventory knowledge. The atmosphere felt rushed, and there was little effort to engage with me or understand my needs. I chose a vehicle, only to be told it was “coming in” soon. However, delivery was delayed multiple times without any clear explanation. Adding to the frustration, the vehicle was eventually removed from their website entirely, and no updated delivery date was provided. I then got calls telling me the vehicle was on the lot, and then... told it was sold. When I communicated that I had asked to put a deposit on the vehicle, they said whoever is on the lot first, gets the car. So they admitted to not honoring their word. They even tried to sell me a vehicle that was promised to another individual. They said, we have tried to reach him and he has not responded, so we can sell it to you. The lack of transparency and communication made the experience stressful and unproductive. I expected a more professional and customer-focused approach, especially when making such an important purchase. Unfortunately, Kia Orleans fell short of these expectations. *Back in 2022, my wife went to the dealership to trade-in our 2020 Toyota Sienna for a 2022 Kia Telluride. They did not treat her with a great deal of respect, and offered her $5,000 less than any other dealership around. Folks... based on our experiences, we would recommend you choose another dealership unless you want to risk being treated unfairly. More
