I needed a car quick, affordable, used, low mileage, as I had a car accident and mine was written off. My Husband and I are pensioners so we did not want to spend too much, and this was not a planned purchase. My Saturn was a 2001, great shape with only 93,000 kms. so we wanted someing comparable. Michel Lanteigne found us a 2007 Aura Saturn, XE Sedan, fully loaded, leather interior, and with only 57,888 kms. This car had only one owner, and looks fantastic. They took care of everything for me, as I have back pain from the accident, so was unable to visit the shop much. Michel was great to go over all the new features of the new car and and gave me a tour of the service centre, so that I would be comfortable when I come in for my first, free oil change. Loved the warrenties that came with the car too. Everyone is so helpful there.

Good experience going back to Ontario Motor Sales for the third time. First time purchasing a used car there and was very happy with the options I was shown. Mich is an excellent employee who went above and beyond regular customer service.

Excellent customer service! Dave really went above and beyond for the purchase of my first car. He worked very hard to ensure that I could pick up my car before the weekend and in a timely fashion. He showed me great options that fit into my budget and lifestyle.

My daughter bought a used 2009 Uplander fron Ontario Motor Sales and was told before she bought it that that it had a 3 month bumper to
bumper warranty on it. The salesman had told my husband the same thing as we had test drove it as well. When she took it in for service she was told that she only had 30 days so some things would not be covered. If they had told her the warranty was only 30 days she would have taken it in before that date. I think Ontario Motor Sales should look into their used car business practices. I drive a G.M. car but after the way my daughter has been treated it will be the last G.M. car that we purchase.

My experince at OMS was fantastic, from my first visit in the early stage, to the day I picked up my new car. I can't say enough about the customer service Brandon Alexander provied me from start to finish, it was much apreciated and in the end my choice to purchace a vehicle at OMS over any other dealership was easy. My son had purchased a vehicle from OMS through Greg Crump so when I was looking to buy he highly recommended that I give Greg a call, in fact, he called Greg and told him he would be bringing me in to speak with him. When we got there Greg was outside waiting for us. He talked to me at length to find our exactly what I was looking for, after choosing a vehicle he went over all the details making sure I fully understood everything, Greg was very professional and made the process flow very naturally, I did't get the feeling of being pressured into buying something and was extremely comfortable with Greg throughout the process.

Brian Dick is the best sales person I've encountered throughout the purchase process of all three of my new GM vehicles! He is friendly, extremely knowledgable and isn't at all pushy. Brian was able to provide an extensive amount of information regarding the Sonic and how it compares to other vehicles in its class. He did not use any of the 'typical sales tactics' and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring my satisfaction with my new GM purchase. This was by far the best sales experience I've ever had, I highly recommend Brian!!
