we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we called 2 days prior to find out all the details as often what is no the flyer or info sheet i we had received a letter an an email re feb 13 sale we called 2 days prior to find out all the details as often what is no the flyer or info sheet is different when you get there...hidden agenda's etc.....we were surprised to find that what the flyer said was actually fact so we attend on the 13 th with a scheduled 9 am appointment we were greeted promptly and not kept waiting ( which as a business person is important to me/us ) we were shown the vehicles we had gone to see including other models and options as well as all of our color choices. we were given detailed clear information as to the promotion and the discounts avaialbe to us .as well as all of the financing details and add on options...all of our request and questions were answered clearly and honestly ....( which is unusual in the automotive industry) we felt at ease with the 2 gentlemen we were dealing with and confident enough to not only purchase a vehicle but refer 6 other people 4 of which actually purchased when we went to pick up our vehicle it was in the showroom for our inspection and ready for us we would not hesitate to refer any of our over 10,000 clients to either of these gentlemen for sales and service more importantly we will be purchasing another vehicle for this dealership again More

In terms of performance, that's an amazing development, because the slow progress Jeep had made toward civilizing the Cherokee took a huge leap forward with the 2011 model. Unchanged for the most part since then, this latest Grand Cherokee has a newly fluid feel on pavement that completely masks the considerable toughness and rugged ability baked into its hardware. Ride quality and steering have been vastly improved, to the point that the Grand Cherokee can have the soft-touch sophistication of a crossover. At the same time its four-wheel-drive systems hit the sweet spot of usability for casual off-roaders, but on-road drivers get even more attention. This might be the first Grand Cherokee that feels better on pavement than off, though the most advanced versions can still clamber over boulders and logs like they're about to be made into fur coats". -- More

Last week I called Ayman Makawy to book an appointment to bring my Dodge Nitro in for brake service. When I called he quickly accommodated my schedule and ASKED when it was convenient for ME to bring my tru bring my Dodge Nitro in for brake service. When I called he quickly accommodated my schedule and ASKED when it was convenient for ME to bring my truck in. He then scheduled the appointment. I came in this past Monday and as soon as I entered the dealership everyone asked "May I help you?" I did not have to wait at all. Ayman took my car to the service department and made sure I had a tea to warm me up. Since it takes a little while for brake servicing the shuttle took me home so I didn't have to wait. I was impressed with the shuttle service as well. They were two shuttles so no one had to wait long and they came in to the waiting room to ask if anyone needed the shuttle service so you didn't miss it. Also, the shuttle vehicle was Clean! Once my vehicle was ready both the service department AND Ayman called me so I could have my vehicle back quickly!!! The shuttle service also called to let me know they were on their way to pick me up. Each time I come to the dealership for an oil change everyone is extremely polite, kind and helpful, especially Ayman. I highly recommend the dealership and Ayman Makawy. I purchased my vehicle through him and even though it was several years ago I still get first hand service every time I come there. Some dealerships forget about you once they've sold you a vehicle but that is not the case with Ayman. Once you're his customer you are always his customer and he will make sure you're happy with your purchase or even if you're just coming in for an oil change. Thank you Ayman!!!
