When a family is spending that kind of money you'd think they would follow up and keep the customer in the loop. Instead we had to contact them every time. They never contacted us. They even failed to contact us to let us know our financing was approved and a couple of weeks went by. Couldn't locate a vehicle and we ended up finding it at another dealership. I'm aware the '16 Pilot is popular but we were open to most colours and now regret not going to another dealership instead of believing their promises of finding one in time. One night we were finally talking with our sales rep and then the next morning he no longer worked there (we're talking mere hours as in between 8pm and 12pm noon and he was gone!) Finally, after weeks had gone by and despite being told we needed the Pilot by a specific date or we would go to another dealership to buy the vehicle we were assured they could locate the vehicle within the 5 weeks that we needed by. Once the week came of our trip, and we still had no vehicle, and our sales rep was no longer employed there, we were passed along to 2 other managers having to fill them in because nobody can keep a file there. The day before our trip came and went without having the Pilot for the trip that we were taking. Manager claimed he never knew we needed it for that date (despite my mentioning it every time I contacted them), and admitted he only wanted to save the sale when we found the exact vehicle at another Honda dealer 30min away. All this despite telling us the vehicle didn't exist anywhere. I was willing to forgo our deposit and cancel our contract and go to the other dealership just so I wouldn't have to deal with Olympic Honda! Finally picked up the Pilot at another dealership (Olympic agreed to a trade with the other dealership) the morning we were leaving on our trip. Ended up leaving hours late for our road trip and had to cancel a few activities we had booked. Save your money and go to another Honda dealership! When we finally got our vehicle the accessories that we added weren't on so we were told by the sales manager that we could come back and have them added. A couple of weeks later we found the time to book the service and when we contacted the manager to confirm that the parts were they and to book the service we found out he no longer worked there either! Finally got our Pilot in to have the crossbars installed and they installed them on the wrong Pilot! The stories go on and on. This was our 1st Honda and if I didn't love the 2016 Pilot so much I'd stay far away from a Honda based purely on the poor customer service. The only redeeming quality is the service manager at least understands customer service. More
Brought in my Acura to have snow tires installed. Arrived on a Saturday morning to have my snow tires installed. Friendly staff. Offered water or coffee while I waited to have the service completed. Charged for service that wasn't done I was charged $40 to replace an engine oil filter in July. Today I had to get work done in a different city and they told me the engine oil filter nee I was charged $40 to replace an engine oil filter in July. Today I had to get work done in a different city and they told me the engine oil filter needed to be replaced. They showed me and it was very dirty, almost completely black. I called Olympic and they said they change them every 40k km. So I explained what happened and they said there is really nothing they could do unless I drove it back to them to get it changed. The service guy today said there is absolutely no way that filter was changed in July (Less than 7000 km). More
The worst service ever Definitely do not recommend doing service in this dealership. I asked them just to put my winter tires to the new rims. They had no rims in stock at the moment, but told me that they could bring them next day. So we agreed that I would left my tires and pick them up next day at 3pm. Next day I arrived at 3 pm, but they did not start working on my tires yet. I have to wait for an hour and a half while they finish with my tires. Later, when I paid for the service, they jut put my winter tires outside and closed the door. Nobody helped me to load them to my car. Stay away from their service department. The worst service I have ever get. More

Tire repair/replacement I purchased my 2015 CRV in March along with the tire protection package (I am notorious for finding nails, screws, etc. in my tires). That said, my tire went flat from a screw last week (only 7500kms on the vehicle). Honda roadside assistance came to my rescue at 5:30am on a country road and had me on my way in no time. I'm new to the Guelph area and decided to try the service at Olympic Honda for the tire repair. Although I had great service at my previous dealership, Olympic Honda in Guelph exceeded my expectations. I worked with Jeff Pletsch who received the damaged tire, had the tire assessed, determined it needed replacement due to the damage, and called me to confirm my new tire was ready for installation on THE SAME DAY (a repair was not possible)!!! Jeff was friendly, courteous, and genuinely demonstrated care for my customer experience. I was thoroughly pleased and decided to schedule winter tire purchase/installation from Jeff and Olympic Honda; I have no reason to "test drive" another dealership after having such a great experience (best at any dealership I've experienced). Please note this is the first time I felt compelled to write an online review for anything. You won't be disappointed at Olympic Honda or Jeff's efforts! More

Jeff went above and beyond anything we ever expected. Customer satisfaction is obviously a # 1 priority with Jeff. He was calm, confident, reassuring and very knowledgable in the way he managed the situation. Since buying our Odyssey new at Olympic, Jeff has been our service advisor.
