Worst Dealership in Guelph Awful. Awful. Awful. I have had several different cars in my lifetime so I have lots of experience with dealerships. Almost all places as soon as you Awful. Awful. Awful. It instantly sets a positive tone. The first time I went to Olympic Honda there were two "sales" guys sitting around a table drinking coffee and talking. Nobody acknowledged me. When I finally got a sales person I found out the finance person wasnt available (Wednesday at 2pm) so I would have to come back. The second time (two weeks later) was to inquire about a CRV and trade in my truck. The only person available was the used car sales guy, it was a Saturday at about noon and nobody was working? huh. This is after we had to go to the receptionist because nobody even bothered to ask us if we would like to be helped. We tell him we want to trade in a almost brand new truck for a CRV. Easy enough? No. Its takes days before anybody gets back to us so I finally call and it's his day off the reception tells me. Okay, I said I kinda feel like I'm chasing you guys around to buy a car. She says "I'll have somebody call you back right away" Guess what, nobody called. He finally gets back to us the next day around 4pm and says "sorry we were trying to get you the best price for your truck". (Which at other dealerships took a total of 5 minutes. Not 5 days for a quote but sure I'll bite) Okay fine, I said what are you offering? $28,000. He says. I said "pardon me"? Two places already offered me $36,000 two weeks ago. He backtracks. Oh well it's my manager. So your "manager" thought he or she would try to make an extra $8,000 off my truck on top of what they turn around and actually sell it for which already yields a profit. Plus the profit from purchasing a new vehicle? The other two places offered me $36,000 without purchasing a new vehicle. He said let me get back to you. I said yeah and hung up. I then went online and started reading the reviews. wow. Just full of similar stories, unprofessional sales people, nobody helping them in the showrooms, high turn over of sales guys, people unconcerned about helping customers, long wait times, low balling on trade-ins, bad customer service, the list goes on and on. I don't get how this place even has any customers. The worst dealership I have ever experienced. If I could give it a zero I would. Save yourself the nuisance, go to another Honda dealership. More

Olympic Honda does huge disservice to Honda I visited this dealership a couple of days ago, was looking for a new Accord. After spending about 10 minutes looking around inside the dealership, I approached the receptionist and asked politely if there are any sales reps available. The sales manager who happened to be nearby, immediately jumped in and said in an agitated tone that they are busy, and I have to be patient. About 15 minutes later, I was approached by a sales rep, who was completely uninterested to sell me a car. All he did was to use honda.ca to configure the price, and lowballed me on my trade in. At least I know now that I would not buy Honda for as long as Olympic Honda does not change its attitude towards customers. More

No help I came into this dealership to get information on a new civic or accord and also to look at used vehicles for my daughter. I looked around at the vehi I came into this dealership to get information on a new civic or accord and also to look at used vehicles for my daughter. I looked around at the vehicles outside first and then decided to head into the dealership. Once inside I had a look at all the cars that were on display. No one in sales came over to ask me if I needed help at all!! I was there for at least 15 minutes. All of the girls that were at the front desk were to busy chatting with each other to come ask if I needed help. I will not be buying a new car Here. I will be heading over to another Honda dealership. This company potentially lost out on 2 sales today. This business should be about custome service and clearly it is wasn’t. More

my experience This is just my experience at Olympic Honda, i dropped my car off for an oil change on May 31, it was finish in an hour when i got into it to leave i This is just my experience at Olympic Honda, i dropped my car off for an oil change on May 31, it was finish in an hour when i got into it to leave i noticed half the change in my change tray was gone, i had twoonies, loonies and quarters, i do not know how much was there but i do know all the two,s were gone and the tray was half empty, I personally don’t care how much was taken, i’m driving a 40 thousand dollar car and money is no issue, it’s just coffee change, there is no reason for me to lie. I talked to the manager he seemed concerned and said he would look into it and call me, he never called me back. i called him the next day, he said his detailing guy did the service and denied taking anything, he stuck by his guy and offered me a free car detailing job worth 60 dollars, i told him i don’t want anything and told him in my opinion he has an employee that steals. His attitude was unbelievable he then said maybe the change fell out of my car. Maybe he could check the cameras in the shop or maybe the detailing kid is related to him or the owner, anyway again i don’t care i’m missing ten bucks or so i just want people to know imagine leaving a laptop in the car and it dissappears and the manager says his guy would never do that. The manager kept saying i’m refusing a 60 dollars service for the sake of ten dollars, he just didn’t understand he has an issue in the shop. I’m not going back More

Recall on 2015 odyssey My wife went to Olympic Honda to do recall(rear sests) on my 2015 Honda odyssey on Monday April 16 2018. After 2 hours car was ready to go😁. But!!!! As soon she went to pick it up the service gentlemen told her that there is a weard sound under the hood but the mechanic check it out and everything was normal???. When she got home I realized something was wrong. I opened the hood and the cover from air filter was open. I never told them to look under the hood!!!!! Especially if they can't even put the peaces back together!!!!! That was the noise and thankfully it was only this kind of problem. There are learning students not mechanics 👎👎👎👎👎 More

They service my vehicle as per vehicle's need. On May the 31st/18 I went Olympic Honda for my winter tire swap, servicing of Parking Brake as I felt the liver was very loose and I was ready to pay. After diagnosis they said the parking brake is okay which doesn't need any service. They've saved my money. Although I believe that it's liver is still very loose. Secondly, I was ready to replace my winter tires. I asked them to check. After checking they said that the tires are good, no need to change. They've saved my money. Thirdly, I've been servicing my Accord at Olympic Honda for the last five years. My car never been stuck on the road. More
