Our jeep was in the shop for the same problem twice in 6 weeks. They couldn’t diagnose the problem. There were issues in communication, the tow service, and the diagnosis. When we take a car to the dealership for service, we assume they are the best to do the job correctly the first time. We basically spent over $1600 to replace two batteries. We had to replace the aux battery twice in six months because the actual problem wasn’t addressed on the first visit. More

Had my car taken in for a recall on the air bag and requested a diagnostic while there. The diagnostic was performed and received a voicemail after pickup that the airbag was never put in and I needed requested a diagnostic while there. Once they towed my car, the loaner vehicle description was not told until hours after it arrived. Left me another voicemail that the airbag had to be ordered because the original was used elsewhere.
