Beyond expectations !!!!!!! I went into Okotoks Nissan after exploring online expecting to purchase one of their used Muranos. I didn't even want to consider a new one thinking i I went into Okotoks Nissan after exploring online expecting to purchase one of their used Muranos. I didn't even want to consider a new one thinking it was out of my price range. Evan took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new Murano that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. Steve in finance helped finalize the sale with a painless signature after he explained all my options for financing. I avoided the city and drove an hour to get that "small town" feel which is hard to find on import vehicles. I highly recommend Okotoks Nissan. It was worth the hour drive to get there! He answered the phone immediately and we had a friendly conversation which lead to an appointment to test drive a Rouge. Upon my arrival, Evan had the test vehicle ready and waiting. During the test drive and discussion later in his office, Evan was professional, respectful and pleasant to deal with. He was knowledgeable about the Rouge and made the car buying process a positive experience. My interactions with Steve Tran (Financing) was a great experience also. Steve was very nice, helpful and patient while answering my numerous questions. When I returned to pick up my new Rouge, I learned Evan and Steve had come in on their day off, to accommodate my schedule. I was impressed. To have a good experience and to receive good service was worth the drive from Calgary. More

We received a prompt, professional response from Evan. Although we had to drive from Red Deer mid week to view the vehicle, Evan accomodated us and made the drive down there worthwhile.
