After some very unfortunate experiences with other sales guys at other dealers we were actually tired of dealing with any of them. They would go on and on on how they worked for "us" and not the dealer, promised all kinds of things to only find out they're all lies. We we're tired of it. Evan was different, he guided us in a non "salesy" way, he was a great help and an awesome guy to work with. He also assisted us the next day after we purchased by helping my wife with a defective tire that was put on our new car. She was stranded with a flat tire on the 2A, I was deep in the city and couldn't get there, we contacted Evan, told him about the defective tire and he and a technician came out to help my wife! Put on a spare, helped her back to the dealership and replaced the defective valve on the tire! To me, this is service, and Evan is clearly someone who wants to make his clients happy. If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, I say call Evan, he will help you the way you you should be helped. Great guy...thanks again buddy! More

Ok experience overall PROS: I was helped by Evan. He was very professional, accommodating, and friendly during my purchase of a used Ford Fiesta. I would highly recommend PROS: I was helped by Evan. He was very thorough while guiding me through the vehicle show and test drive, and presented all the paperwork necessary for full disclosure, which I appreciated. For a Nissan salesman, he did know a bunch about the Ford. CONS: I did find the extended warranty options offered were too expensive, reaching almost half the price of the car. I think that to improve their sales, they should consider finding more affordable or less extensive options for used cars. I had an issue with the car's keys and battery after a few hundred Kilometers. So far I've had to pay $250 to a Ford Dealer to fix my keys, I'm still not sure if the car is fixed properly. I also paid $150 for a new battery since the dealer said it was dead. No mention of this anywhere during the purchase deal or CarProof. After this I'm not sure I would recommend them. Same shady dealer behaviour of falsifying inspection reports as anywhere else. More
