Great, friendly, speedy service I booked my car in for an oil change and engine light diagnostic at the very last minute. Manny was very accommodating in squeezing me in. When I arrived, Kimberly provided friendly customer service, and offered to personally take me to/pick me up from work as I forgot to pre-arrange shuttle service (and the driver was already booked). This to me was going the extra mile. Upon my return, they both thoroughly explained my car's issue. I'm not one who easily understands these things, but they made sure it was clear to me. Since I've been going to Oakville Used Car Superstore, that's the level of service I've come to know and expect. More
