Awesome customer service! Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and issue with the soft top. Was advised by John that I should rotate my tires to prolong their usable life. I ha Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and issue with the soft top. Was advised by John that I should rotate my tires to prolong their usable life. I had never even thought of that! Also, the soft top was loose. He brought the technician out and the technician immediately knew what the issue was. He showed me how to properly install the soft top so it wasn't loose. And he made sure that I was able to uninstall and reinstall it if I was at home by myself. All of my questions were answered and explained without hesitation. The only place my Jeep will be coming from now on is Oakville Chrysler. Thanks a lot guys! More

Awesome Dealership I was treated with respect and dignity. I was wearing old clothes and looked a little unkempt. Sales Consultant was decent - Finance Manager not so much I bought a used 2014 Fiat 500 which was a smooth and comfortable sale with Mark Geerts right up until I sat down with Jaksa Stankiewicz. Then things w I bought a used 2014 Fiat 500 which was a smooth and comfortable sale with Mark Geerts right up until I sat down with Jaksa Stankiewicz. Then things were awkward and unfriendly. Jaksa mocked me during the interview (about my relationship status) for financing and gave me a difficult time when I decided to use my own bank to finance flat out asking me "have you had a bad experience with another dealership or something?". This was simply because I turned down the added warranties and that seemed to upset him. I was still planning on selling my old car so I asked for my original vehicle portion of the ownership back but ultimately did not receive it. After four weeks Jaksa did not even return my two phone messages nor an email request to courier my vehicle permit back. I'm not happy with the service from him and based on that alone precludes me from ever coming to this dealership again. My spouse and I both agreed he was unprofessional and untrustworthy. On the other hand, the sales consultant, Mark Geerts, was friendly, professional, organized, knowledgeable and I would have no problems doing business with him again. More

Amazing. My old jeep I had built to my specs, but I went crazy with things I didn't even need. Now on the new jeep I get the dual top and tow option, really 2 things I skipped last time that I regretted not getting. All in all I can't believe I came out ahead, trading in a 2012 for a 2015 and paying less per month for it. It really is unreal and I thank both Mark and David for being so awesome! I've been coming here for years now, though my first jeep was bought elsewhere the service I was getting from John's team was what brought me back to buy my new jeep. I couldn't be happier with Oakville Chrystler. More
