I have had the pleasure of dealing with Elias Safalti with respect to the purchase of a new and a used vehicle and the lease of a new vehicle. Most importantly, when I experienced a relatively minor problem and related inconvenience with that used vehicle (a battery which would not start the car in extremely cold weather) he immediately rectified the situation with a brand new battery - no questions asked, no cost to me. I am always curious about how the "road hazard warranty" would work if I ever needed it. Now I know. I bought my car about four months ago. Last weekend, while out of town, I blew a tire. I brought the tire and receipt in to the dealership Monday. I was refunded, no questions asked. Just as importantly, the staff in the service department was friendly and professional.
