John Jefferson smiled, took the car, came back 20 minutes later with the keys to a Lincoln Loaner and sent me home for the weekend. No questions asked!! He called on Monday afternoon, "it's all ready, stop by and get your car". Perfect service,! That kind of amazing service, unscheduled on a Friday afternoon is tough for any service department in any business to cope with. Northway makes it's easy and does so all the time. More
