I did however face some minor issues with other salespersons specifically finance, and other sales reps (names not available). It was basically an issue where I felt novbody could answer my question and required multiple visits. In the end, Jaime was the one who solved the issue and took the initiative to do so even when he was off work. Thanks Jaime! If it wasn't for you I would not be completely confident in recommending Northland Volkswagen.. The 5 stars I am providing in this survey are all for Jaime. I would rate the overall dealership experience slightly lower. More

Replacing my 2004 Jetta TDI wagon My service guy described my 2004 Jetta TDI wagon as "tired" and it was time to switch from a wagon to a sedan. I visited Northland and met Alanna Too My service guy described my 2004 Jetta TDI wagon as "tired" and it was time to switch from a wagon to a sedan. I visited Northland and met Alanna Toogood. She took me through the options available and gave me a few days to think about it. I returned on Saturday morning with my wife and by 4pm we drove away with my new 2015 Jetta TDI Highline. My wife and I found Alanna to be very professional, explaining all aspects of the sale, but she also has a great sense of humour and those two factors made this a very enjoyable experience.
