Never again Specifically asked them not to rotate tires as I had just switched over from my winters the day before. Well, they rotated them even though there was a significant difference in tread! My "peace of mind inspection" should have included a written report, never received one. My brake service should have included a road test and report. I find it hard to believe they did it as it came out with the same mileage it went in with. And no report! Shuttle service took over an hour for pickup! I've never had a good experience there, figured id try again in the new shop but still disappointed. It seemed like most staff was on a coffee break!
