Hello, Let us start by saying that we understand your frustration at not being able to buy the vehicle you wanted but we feel that not all the facts have been brought to light here. We spoke to the sales manager and the sales representative involved in this deal and found out that the deal we agreed upon was one where you were buying 2 vehicles and trading in 2 vehicles at the same time as well. The high trade-in value was given to you based on such a deal, but then you changed your mind and wanted to buy one vehicle and trade-in one of the two vehicles and we could still give you the same value for one of your trader-in vehicles without the other. Knowing, and Valuing the fact that you were our previous customer, we went above and beyond in every way we could. This was unfortunately not good enough for you, which is understandable and you have every right to not purchase, but that doesn’t make us all the things you are calling us. Everything we do is based on delivering 100% transparency no matter what it takes, and that is what sets us apart from 99% of car dealerships in the country. We give customers everything upfront, never bait & switch people or trick them into buying a car that is not in good shape or form and we are proud of that. It is unfair and unethical to portrait us as such when it’s not the truth or the experience you received. We simply couldn’t meet your expectations on the trader-in value of your car, and that was that. As for some of the cars being listed twice under both new and used inventory, it is a glitch that is being worked on by our website provider, but the description of the vehicle clearly indicates that it is a brand-new vehicle. We’ve been in this business for over 14 years and we absolutely understand that mistakes do happen and we rise to the occasion when they do, but to not state all facts and blame us for something that we didn’t do isn’t right. You claim to be transparent, and that is true. You are transparently duplicitious and have no shame in being so. Due to you dealing in "bad faith", my son-inlaw and I wasted three days of our time trying to deal with your dealership Regarding the final trade-in price you offered me, it was a JOKE. In fact, even your original "high trade-in value" was more FIVE THOUSAND dollars LESS than what I ended up receiving for my trade-in vehicle from another dealer. FYI, days later I visited another dealer and made a deal in less than 20 minutes. In the end, I acquired a better equiped vehicle for several thousand dollars less than what you were asking for your vehicle. In summation, I have come to realize that a buyer will get a better deal, encounter less problems, and waste less of their time by patronizing any other dealership. Hello, We apologize for the way you feel about your latest purchase and also for the fact that we weren’t able to finalize the delivery of your vehicle. The vehicle was safety certified and passed the e-test when we received it on our lot. However, as part of our rigorous quality control and to ensure customer satisfaction and safety, all used cars must undergo the safety test once again prior to delivery. Unfortunately, the vehicle you purchased didn’t pass safety test the second time as it turned out to have developed an engine issue. At this point, the vehicle was not road worthy and we did not want to provide you with a vehicle that had issues of course. As such the purchase had to be canceled since the vehicle was no longer suitable for retail. We apologize for your inconvenience once again. Everything we did in this scenario had your safety on top of mind and being a 100% transparent company, we could not deliver the vehicle after finding the issues. First of all, I'm not an idiot, I know that all cars need to undergo safety before it is delivered. How do you explain the fact that the car was sold from under us when we had a sales agreeement? Everyone we have spoken to including other dealerships, mechanics, and OMVIC have agreed that is practice is not only unheard of, but illegal and suggested we sought legal action. The general manager himself told us the car was sold a day later. Just because we chose not to finance the car, you made up some BS excuse not to sell us the car and tried to make it seem like you were doing us a favour. I have already found a vehicle from a reputable dealership (who is familiar with your scam when we mentioned it to him) and I would advise anyone from purchasing a car at your dealership.
