Unfortunately, the current sales management at North York Chrysler leave a lot to be desired. Although the dealership advertises low prices, their staff can not be trusted, and their word is worthless. What they say one minute, changes the next . They are very duplicitous. They will accept or make an offer, only to renege on it when you accept it. When taken to task, they claim that it was a misunderstanding, and will try to change the terms. ***BAIT & SWITCH AT ITS WORSE!!!*** This has happened to myself and a friend, not once, but three times. That's correct, on three separate occasions they agreed to a deal and shook our hand, only to come back minutes later to withdraw a "done deal", illustrating their incompetence and complete lack of integrity. Don't waste your time with these folks, they don't deal in good faith. I suggest that the consumer visit any other dealership, because North York Chrysler sales staff (especially the Sale Managers Randy and Yasir) will insult your intelligence, making it obvious that they lack integrity and have no respect for their customers. *** TALK ABOUT BITING THE HAND THAT FEEDS THEM *** In summation: *** THIS DEALERSHIP IS A COMPLETE JOKE *** If they continue to deal in this manner, it will not be long before they go out of business. Overall, good Olim was a pleasure to work with when leasing a Jeep Wrangler. His knowledge was most helpful and second to none compared to the other dealerships tha Olim was a pleasure to work with when leasing a Jeep Wrangler. His knowledge was most helpful and second to none compared to the other dealerships that I visited. I do warn of headaches when proceeding with a lease option. My advice would be to make sure that all documents needed to get approved of a lease agreement, are given immediately. I found that the finance person we dealt with, did not ask for the necessary documents, which basically set me up for being denied. This headache could have all been avoided. Instead, they tried to persuade me to finance the vehicle which was something that I did not want Other than that, I am happy with my jeep and the help that I received from Olim More

Refused to sell us a car This dealership refused to sell us a car we've already signed a bill of sale for. We were just waiting for new tires they had already ordered. Some guy named Randy called us (no idea who he was and did not inform us of who he was) and told us we could no longer purchase the car because "too much needed to be fixed and they weren't sure what they were doing with this vehicle". He could not give us answer as to what needed to be done, even though on their website it says the car has been certified safety and e-tested. Sales guy said there was nothing he could do. We did not haggle the price of the vehicle, put down a deposit, and signed a sales contract and the dealer signed off on it as well. Emailed the GM and heard nothing back. My next step is OMVIC. Everything about this is so fishy and we feel like we were left in the dark and lied to. More

We went over what I was looking for and gave me some insightful advice on a few different models that I was looking at. During the 4 hour visit, she never once pushed me into purchasing a vehicle nor give off the impression that I was taking too long of her time, but was more than willing to let me make the right decision for me. You hear from others and their experiences that sales rep can be pushing and lead you into buying something that you didn't really want - not with her, she was excellent!! Highly recommend visiting North York Chrysler and asking for Patience - you won't be disappointed. More
