Hello, We sincerely apologize for your unsatisfactory experience at our dealership. We spoke to the sales representative who helped you out and also the sales manager who handled your deal and some of the facts don’t add up. Firstly, we are a “One-Price” no-pressure dealership, which means we price our vehicles as low as possible so that the customer gets the best deal without any haggling or bargaining. This is the reason we do not negotiate on the price as it is already the lowest in the market. Also, we offer unlimited, no-obligation test-drives. You can drive as many cars as you want until you can make up your mind. And Secondly, the sales representative assured us that a pickup time for the vehicle was already set for 3:30 PM on Friday but you didn’t show up. Even though the sales rep had prior commitments, he arranged for you to pick up the vehicle at a time that was convenient to you by asking another sales rep to deliver you the vehicle. We provide a CarProof with every used vehicle so that the customer knows about the history of the vehicle they are looking to purchase. We have no way to find out if a used vehicle had any other damage other than the one listed in the CarProof and hence we cannot disclose something we don’t know in the first place. We understand that no business is perfect and we are no exception, but we try each and every day to deliver complete honesty and the best value to the customer. Hello, Sorry for your below par experience at our dealership. We understand your frustration but we’re afraid this isn’t the complete picture. You purchased a new vehicle from our dealership 2 years ago which according to you had some damage. The Sales Manager back then agreed to fix it, provided you bring it in at the earliest. You brought the vehicle back after 2 years and wanted to get the damage fixed. This is not only unacceptable at our dealership, but every single dealership that deals in new vehicles.
