I felt lost ! The service man was ok but I didn’t feel very welcomed all he said is go inside and wait I’ll tell you when I’m done so I waited I seen my car come u The service man was ok but I didn’t feel very welcomed all he said is go inside and wait I’ll tell you when I’m done so I waited I seen my car come up waited for 15 min no one said anything so I got up asked the guy if he knew my car was ready and he said oh I can’t help you sorry ask the guy behind me . So I did and his response was go an ask the guy who helped you so I go outside to look for took like a good 10 min he was busy with some one else. When he sees me says your car is ready . They were not very friendly!! I’ve been a Nissan customer just recently switched to Honda and it’s sad to say but they make sure to make you feel like your welcomed and give you updates on your car ! My son just bought a Honda here to and when I asked him how he felt there customer service was he said I felt the same as you !! So I guess that’s how it is ! More

Took car for oil change. The oil pan cover was not screwed in so it was dragging. When I took car back and manager asked the technician he claimed it was already missing scr The oil pan cover was not screwed in so it was dragging. But it was not doing it before I took my car. This is second time I had issues with service. Last time they forgot to my glove compartment back together. They left it in back seat of my car. I won’t be going back. I can’t trust to do anything correctly. More

This dealership is usually good but our last experience was not that good, a simple oil change took three hours compared to the two hour we committed to. Our car has no oil leak but after the oil change we was not that good, a simple oil change took three hours compared to the two hour we committed to. Our car has no oil leak but after the oil change we had oil drops in our driveway, it turned out they didn’t clean up after the oil change and we had droppings in our driveway the next day. In other words the service took too long but the quality of service was not great. More
