"Great Low Pressure Sales Team Sealed The Deal!"

This was as easy a car purchase as we've ever made. Knowing that we were chasing down a specific model/trim/colour (2017 Rogue SL in Monarch Orange), all we needed was for Niagara Falls Nissan to hit the numbers that my wife and I had in our head. Aware that we had already paid a visit to the dealership just down the QEW in St. Catharines, sales consultant Jeff Vance quickly cut to the chase, offering the dealership's lowest price and a generous trade on our 2011 Hyundai. The fact that, when pressed, he really couldn't do better told us that their best offer truly was their best offer. When we told the St. Catharines dealer the price we were offered in Niagara Falls, they insisted that we had received a "taxes out" price, as their price was curiously 13% higher for the exact same vehicle. Eager for us to sign right there and then, the rather cocky sales manager in St. Catharines offered to pick us up and drive us to Niagara Falls if the Niagara Falls price did in fact include taxes. It did. We called St. Catharines to inquire as to when he would be picking us up, but they failed to see the humour. Quite simply, we could not have asked for a more honest, straightforward or friendly sales consultant than Jeff Vance. He was enormously helpful in answering our endless questions, and spent a considerable amount of time and energy with us *after* the sale, reviewing the vehicle in great detail. Geographically, Niagara Falls Nissan is a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. I cannot recommend them more highly.

"Did not determine the cause of the water leak"
Unwilling to fix the water leak inside the vehicle, Dodge Journey. Kept it for a long time. Suggested to replace sunroof part without knowing if it was the cause of the leak. After couple of weeks of car being at their lot, suggested to take it to the Dodge Dealer.
"Outstanding Service Department"
I had noted an odd smell from the engine compartment. The vehicle was due for service so I made sure to mention it to Christina. Service took a little longer than expected but the waiting room is comfortable and the staff are friendly. Christina came back with gut wrenching news. The estimate for repairs was $5000.00! Christina checked into my extended warranty and came back having turned a $5000.00 dollar bill into a $900.00 dollar bill. Christina was nothing short of amazing and worked tirelessly throughout this process. Christina kept me informed and provided me with a courtesy car for the period of repair. I can't say enough about Christina Vickers and the whole service team at Niagara Falls Nissan.
