I took my Nissan Maxima Platinum to Newmarket Nissan because I was getting a chassis module error on dashboard. They made me to take my car 4 times and they charged me $1268 to simply repair a wiring is because I was getting a chassis module error on dashboard. They made me to take my car 4 times and they charged me $1268 to simply repair a wiring issue. After all frustrations and going back and forth, I noticed that back up camera is completely shut off. I brought this issue to my advisor ( Stephen Plumley) and I was told they need to replace the entire unit for $4000 despite the fact that display was working previously. I have no doubt that they messed up the wiring. I got a hold of the service manager (Aaron Miceli) and he was completely arrogant and helpless. Simply said, they are all incompetent and unprofessional. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your car someplace else and save yourself a lot of time and money! More
I live up North and had a recall on my 2016 Pathfinder. Found out Monday night I needed to go to Newmarket for something else on Thursday so called the Dealer Tuesday morning to see if they could fit me in Found out Monday night I needed to go to Newmarket for something else on Thursday so called the Dealer Tuesday morning to see if they could fit me in. They were able to right after lunch on Thursday so added the stop to my trip. While I was there getting the recall taken care of they did a full multipoint inspection and found an oil pipe to the engine oil cooler corroded. They said they could take care of it while I was there and fixed this issue under my extended warranty as well. Outstanding service, can’t say enough about this Dealership. Class operation and good honest people to deal with. Highly recommend them. More

Bought a Nissan Sentra from Nissan at hwy 7 and Yonge. The service was awful awful so now go to Nissan newmarket. Unfortunately the service end is never able to find issues bc they only look at the visible issues and if the car is not demonstrating the electrical issues at that very moment it is there they say it is working properly without replacing or seeing if There are any wiring, fuse or gauge issues. They now want to charge me to do a real inspection now that the warranty is up and I took a picture of the malfunctioning readings happening. The stereo system and gauges are awful in this car and it is very uncomfortable to drive. More
