Deplorable customer service I've been coming to this dealership for 2 years now (3-4 times/year) the service performed on my vehicle has always been done well, no complaints ther I've been coming to this dealership for 2 years now (3-4 times/year) the service performed on my vehicle has always been done well, no complaints there (other then fixing the same problem 3 times, under warranty and recall). But for me, it's not only about the actual work done. It's about customer service. I've always made appointments, at least a week in advance and they've never been able to take my car on time. Delays in the range of 30-60min. As I write this review 32min and counting. I've been told not to wait in store as my car gets a simple oil change because the wait time will be over 2 hours, with an appointment! Shuttle service is very good tho. I was hoping with the recent change to NewRoads that this would change but obviously not. Be ready to wait around and alter your days plans, actually don't make ANY other plans! UPDATE on service received May 3rd 2017 - service done on vehicle seems to have been done well. (Oil change, seasonal tire change over and allignment) It took just over 2 hours to get out of there. I am changing my star rating to 1 because of the deplorable customer service I witnessed at the service desk. After sitting in their waiting room for nearly 1h30min, my back was getting sore and wanted to stretch my legs. As I was stretching out in front of the service desk I overheard on multiple occasions their service staff call customers bit**es (behind their backs) for complaining about the wait times. The complaints were completely justified and no explanations as to why the waits were long. Keeping customers updated would go a long way! I saw the mechanic drive my car out of the shop and walk my keys and completed paperwork to the desk and hand it directly to one of the ladies. She then proceeded to take personal calls on her cell phone and text. Processing the paperwork took over 20min, I was fuming but kept call as she apologized for the wait. I will never return after confirming I can take my car else where and keep my warranty intact. More
