Adam was attentive , we bought used, it was low pressure over all and I have never bought from a dealership for myself and I hate the MTO Adam took the sting out of that. My horrible experience with Myers Infiniti started since I bought my 2017 Certified Preowned QX60 in 2021. It used to go in intermittent limp mode from day one, but that was very rare. Hence, it was very ha I bought my 2017 Certified Preowned QX60 in 2021. It used to go in intermittent limp mode from day one, but that was very rare. Hence, it was very hard to reproduce. I was also new to CVTs, so reading on the internet made me believe that's just how CVTs are. I brought my car back the 2nd or 3rd day after buying, but obviously, they couldn't reproduce the limp mode since the issue was intermittent. However, I wish I had known about obd-ll scanner at that time. Because now, whenever the car goes into limp mode, it shows one or two codes that are present despite the engine light being off and its the same codes which keeps coming back from the past 2 years. I dont understand how they were able to CPO that car with this issue present. Anyway, December 2021 was the first time engine light came on, and since then, engine light had come on numerous times, and they kept on replacing parts using the hit and trial method. Every time, while fixing one issue, they would mess up something else as well. For example, once they messed up a metal sheet in the bottom, which made a clanking noise, and I had to go back immediately but they were all done for the day. Once, I dropped my car with a working wiper fluid pump but got it back with the pump not working, so again, I had to take my car back and even had to pay for the pump. Once they caused an oil leak, which they were not able to find in 2 or 3 visits and I had to provide them evidences of oil leaks with pictures, videos and finally with a tray filled with leaked oil. And every time they would use their hit and trial approach, they would call it a good will, and they had to get it approved from infiniti canada, wasting more time on approvals. I mean, come on.. this started in 2021.. right after buying this suv... when the car was in warranty. I PAID FROM MY POCKET FOR THE CPO WARRANTY. The worst part was they were never able to reproduce the issue unless I reproduced it for them and took my vehicle to them right away on my way to work or any other important trip. I have missed so many trips and spent money on rentals in 2023 because of this poor handling of my issue. In short, the workmanship is horrible. I would definitely not recommend anyone to visit their service department. You can see from the pictures below that I had to visit them 30 times in 2023 alone. Can you imagine going to a service centre 30 times?? Can you imagine telling your boss 30 times that you are going to fix your car because it has broken down again?? And again? And again? This is the worst decision of my life, buying an infiniti and that too from Myers. Despite all this, I thought I would let it go and not leave a bad review because their service manager, John, is a good man and he gave me a loaner during the last few trips. But the reason I am writing this is they messed up my AC this time. I mean, their techs seem highly incompetent. The last time I got my car back, the issue was still not 100% rectified, and on top, my AC stopped working too. Now they are going to say its not their fault because I got my car back in Jan 2024, and its March, but who would have thought to test the AC in January? I believe it definitely is their poor workmanship, just like all the previous times. My AC was working fine until September 2023, when I dropped my car for the first time to drop the engine for sprockets replacement on bank 1. From Sept 2023 till now, I did not need my AC and my car made more than 5 long trips to infiniti (two of them were over a month), and they dropped the engine twice, which most likely messed up my working AC; given how incompetent these techs are who made me come back 30 times in a year. I am never going back to them, but to people thinking about an infiniti and buying it from myers ottawa infiniti, or getting your vehicle serviced here, please read this review before making your decision.
