He was very friendly and personable but, after listening to his very pushy presentation on all the extras we should purchase, he simply would not accept our decision to decline them all. He kept coming back with repeated offers to pressure us into buying the additional coverage EVEN AFTER WE HAD QUITE FORCEFULLY TOLD HIM WE WANTED NONE OF THEM. Our experience with him very much lowered our opinion of our overall service. We applaud Jesse and thank Brian for his presentation and information BUT one time around with his info would have been enough! More
