Very, Very Happy! I was in the market for a truck - 1500. Went first to the RAM dealer in the Erin Mills Auto Mall. After attending the Auto Show in Toronto over the winter we decided that a Jeep I think our situation might be quite different from others out there. After attending the Auto Show in Toronto over the winter we decided that a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk was the car that would fit my wives needs having just moved to Muskoka full time. We drove one in early 2015 but decided to wait until closer to winter to make the purchase. In late September 0% financing became available on 2015 Jeep Cherokee's but of course the availability of Trailhawks with the options we wanted had become scarce so late in the year. After a week spent scouring dealer websites and calling to confirm stock we narrowed the search to a few vehicles/dealerships via telephone. After talking to Kevin Brisson at Parkway it was clear that he was going to make the purchase via telephone a painless and easy one. Kevin was quick to return phone calls getting us all the information we requested and more. We struck a deal over the phone, made a deposit and met in person for the first time when we went to pick up the car. Upon delivery of the car Kevin was again easy to deal with, very attentive and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the purchase and delivery before we left with the new vehicle. Excellent service and would most definitely deal with Kevin and Parkway again. More

Me and my wife dropped by Tuesday night looking to trade in a VW Jetta (not the diesel one :) ) and buy a new Jeep Cherokee - Kevin really went out of his way to make sure we're getting the best experience and showed us quite a few options that seemed to fit our needs. The drive was great - Kevin pointed out a lots of benefits in this time and he's extreme friendly which made us feel really comfortable in this whole time. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and character and as per the sales interaction, I never felt pushed or influenced in my decision. Beware!!! His excitement is contagious :) I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM PERSONALLY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH ABSOLUTE NO HESITATION!!! We tried to seal the deal that night - unfortunately we couldn't work out the numbers to a reasonable amount - The difference from my max budget to the offered price was off by a few dollars but hey, the experience was great - Thanks KEVIN!
