On the ball I met with the Service Adviser, Bobby Stewart, and he was friendly knowledgeable and very thorough. I had 3 or 4 issues I wished to have looked at and I met with the Service Adviser, Bobby Stewart, and he was friendly knowledgeable and very thorough. I had 3 or 4 issues I wished to have looked at and he explained what each one entailed. He also informed me of a recall for my vehicle and scheduled that repair as well. Later he phoned me, explained that one problem could not be fixed that day as he had to order parts but that was done and all other concerns were addressed. He will be calling me for another appointment when the parts arrive. I was very happy with the level of communication and will return to deal with Bobby in the future. More

Finally a dealership and salesman that go the extra mile!! We came upon motor city....our salesman was Justin Lamframboise/Mitch Girard. Both were awesome people.very easy to.deal with. And down to earth. ...no xx and no pressure sales speech. Which made both my wife and I feel comfortable dealing with them........they worked as a team to.get us the EXACT truck we wanted and even more options then we wanted as well..... with the same payment we discussed originally. Personally I am an extremely miticulous person and the whole team at motor city from the salesmen to the sales Manger(RON Weiler).. right to the finance manager(Bill Matchett) met our needs and were at bat for us the whole experience. .
