He was honest, ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy before and after. Not once did we feel pressure. After 7 vehicals from GMC we are now Crysler customers. At the end we dealt with Andrea who was extremely nice and went up against a hard person to seal a deal when it comes to extras but she managed. She was hard to resist, did her research and sealed a deal with extended warranty that suited our needs in the end. More

Tire replacement Ran over 11 pieces of sheet metal. CAA driver said this was the worst tire he had seen in 11 years. My wife went to the dealership and asked if they had this size. Bobby Stewart told her to leave the car (on a Monday), put on a new tire for $75 off the normal price and completed service that was scheduled for Wednesday. Since I have to bring my car back in a week to get repaired he said he would ensure my next rental car was in good condition and that somebody would drive it to my house to swap cars to save me the inconvenience of driving to the dealership. I was very impressed with his concern and eagerness to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Rony Brandi has also been a great help not only while buying my new Jeep but with any questions or concerns i've had since buying the Jeep. Fantastic service, so helpful and convenient! I dropped by the dealership to see if I could get some help replacing my burnt out front turn signal lamp. John put the bulb in himself within 3 minutes and then he saw that my "check engine" light was on. This had been a problem for 3 months and had been going on and then off for a while quite frequently. John diagnosed the problem within the minutes, set me up for an appointment the next day, and looked up my extended warranty to see if it was going to be covered. It was! I came back the next morning, dropped off the car for the day, and took the shuttle to my office. The reason why I give such a high rating is because they went out of their way to accommodate me and my schedule. I use my car to travel for my work every day and need the peace of mind that comes from knowing that I can get prompt service and that me and my vehicle are safe. Thanks! More

Service Was Great I was having issues with tire pressure on my back passenger side tire and also with my navigation system freezing up. I brought my Jeep in and Bobby I was having issues with tire pressure on my back passenger side tire and also with my navigation system freezing up.
