Oil cooler I discovered my 2014 caravan was leaking oil so I brought it to the dealership without an appointment and they took it right in. Service representativ I discovered my 2014 caravan was leaking oil so I brought it to the dealership without an appointment and they took it right in. Service representative was great to deal with and called that afternoon to tell me the problem. I was told it would take a couple of days to get the part so Kim arranged a rental vehicle for me. The part wasn't being delivered to the dealership and Kim kept me updated and also suggested I call FCA directly to speed up the process which did help as it took them over 3 weeks to send the part.
