I arrived at the dealership near closing in -30°C weather after an 80km trip from Regina. The vehicle was showing all kinds of warning lights. The second thing was the fact that the service tech really cared about our situation and did not want us to go back on the highway in these weather conditions with an unsafe vehicle. After a preliminary examination, we agreed to leave the vehicle overnight. He then arranged transportation to a place where we could wait. The vehicle was ready the next morning. He did this against a backdrop of imminent closing plus an obvious high demand for services in the cold weather. I left the dealership feeling like a valued customer. More
