RUN FAST!!! I went to buy from this dealer bought an 09 RUN FAST!!! I went to buy from this dealer bought an 09 was told 1200 plus interest and fees. Picked up car look at papers was $29000!! Thankfully it RUN FAST!!! I went to buy from this dealer bought an 09 was told 1200 plus interest and fees. Picked up car look at papers was $29000!! Thankfully it died in driveway an hr later as I was fighting them to take it back. Got ready to buy 2013 $23400 end price before husband signed was $47000!!! xxx. Bought from lounsbury $26000 car. Decided to try trade in here again as they had good promotion on.. they appraised my suv at $20500.. wanted to sell me a car valued $20500.. I owe $28000 they increase loan time and price to add $17000... so in end I would pay $54000.. plus they would sell my trade in for $15000-22000.. they would have made a buttload of the sale of whatever car they traded me. Very shady dealer. Always adding things and telling you they didnt. Dont sign till you read fine print and do the math. Female staff are friendly some men too but some are rude. Overall worst dealership ever. Car dealerships in general are terrible but this one is absolute worst. I'm glad I bought from lounsbury but am not looking forward to ever buying another car. HORRIBLE. More

I"m giving this review because I am extremely disappointed with the serviced I received and would like others to know how you will be treater at this dealer. I switched to a Dodge Ram cause I tho disappointed with the serviced I received and would like others to know how you will be treater at this dealer. I switched to a Dodge Ram cause I though the customer service was bad at Ford dealers, the service I have receiver from this dealer is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. I was told some additional parts would be included before purchasing the vehicle once the paper work was done and I owned the vehicle there has been nothing but a fight with the salesman and the dealer and have not received what I was originally told in the deal. More
