Nice guy. One suggestion though. after negotiation went to a dead end at one point, neither Brian nor his sales manager Anna responded to my multiple emails of offering before I had to renegotiate with another sales agent at the shop. It did give a feeling that customer satisfaction appears to be secondary comparing to sales. I must also thank Carl Wen for his excellent service in saving the deal. More

Brian made all my fears go away. He was very gentle and not pushy at all. He helped me decide on the right model for my needs. When I picked up the car, everything was ready for me. All I had to do is sign and drive away. I am very pleased with my experience with Brian and Mississauga Honda and they have definitely exceeded my expectations on making it worry free. But just when you anticipate that it will be a routine unpleasant experience, the opposite just happens. The process was made easy for us because of the top notch service and assistance we received from Tomasz Bialy. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We had to come and leave a couple times without a decision but through it all he was very patient . He was assertive about the benefits for us but he was not pushy and rude. Tom is one person who we felt we can trust and just not there for the sale or his quota. He truly cares for his clients. Overall , it turned out to be a very pleasant experience for us. No stress - just the joy of anticipating the arrival of our new Honda Odyssey. I will recommend Tom and this dealership to all my friends or anybody who even mentions looking for a car. Of all the sales representatives we dealt with during our vehicle search, Brian was the most friendly, "to-the-point" informative, and professional -- all with a 'no-pressure' nature. His enthusiastic attitude really made an impact -- while showcasing different innovative features of the car (including a demo of multiple seating mode options) -- it was truly the first time we'd actually experienced car shopping as: "fun". They need major training in customer service and problem solving skills, very bad.....customer is always wrong their. More
