To much to describe and write here, but I will be as brief as I can. Please stay away from this place, it's not worth the potential risk. My problem is service related, they never diagnosed the problem properly and just made me pay a big bill and the problem was not resolved! Eventually, and after a lot of back and fort and emails to Honda Canada, the shop foreman resolved the problem and it had nothing to do with what they supposedly diagnosed, but of course they will still maintain that they were right. They ended up refunding me a very small portion of the bill, but only because I threatened to take it to court, in hindsight, that's what I should have done. I also noted negative comments here about the service manager, Derek McCourt, I can testify that he's a horrible person, he takes no responsibility for their mistake, he will never admit to any mistake, he only goes the distance to prove that he/the dealership is right! And another disappointing fact, Honda Canada is of no use, they basically said dealerships are independently owned! This was certainly the worst experience I've had at any dealership, especially given that in 2023 I spent a lot of money with them, thousands! I am just wondering now how much of that was just ripped off or unnecessary work done. This industry needs some very serious government intervention and regulations. They are abusing clients because they know we don't know better. More
In 2023, we purchased a brandnew vehicle 2023 Honda Odyssey for our business at this dealership. After a year, we were informed by our insurance that our vehicle was registered under a different name, not my business but my personal name. This totally messed up everything as all the bill of sales, and financial docs clearly mentioned the business is the owner/ buyer of the vehicle. After communicating with the salesman and Service Ontario, we learnt that they messed up and did not do registration properly at the first time registration. Now that we have incurred the loss of use since the insurance cancelled our policy. We have been in contact with Mississauga Honda by several emails and phone calls but no one has the responsibility to respond. Calling and talking with the receptionist who did not transfer me to the manager as I requested. They kept telling me someone would call me but none! Irresponsible and very incapable people/ human resources at Mississauga Honda belong to Weins Auto Group! Never purchase a Honda from now on! More

Derek McCourt is misogynistic and horrible with staff. He has a demeaning and negative attitude towards customers fully supported by management . Alex the manager needs to understand OMVIC laws himself before lecturing customers about the same. Customers need transparency and not your lies and attitude. I was contacted back in February 2022 by Kanav while I was in a lease for my 2019 Honda. He informed me that if I wanted to trade in my 2019 Honda for a new 2022 Honda that my lease payments would be less than what I was paying at the time because there was such a demand for used Hondas. It seemed like a no brainer but I should have known better they would try to scam me. When I went in to see Kanav (who was unprepared even though we had made the appointment), he showed me what the deal would be and it was in fact lower than my payments I was making. When I agreed and said that it was a deal he went back to his manager and then returned saying ‘the computer had made an error’ and that my payments on the new car would actually be 15$ more biweekly than what I was paying! I said well you guys approached me and told me over the phone that my payments would be less so why now all of a sudden were they going to be more? Clearly, they were trying to get more money out of me and ended up wasted over 2 and a half hours of my time which was supposed to be a simple signing. This was after my family and I have had a relationship with Mississauga Honda for over 20 years. After hours of back and fourth, surprise they said they re-appraised my car and were able to get my payments down to what I was told in the first place. Two months later when my car was finally in, Kanav contacted my husband (not me even though my number was the primary one on the account) and said I needed to come pick my car up soon , as in the next day or two otherwise he said his manager would want him to resell the vehicle. I’d never heard of this before seeing as it was my vehicle and before this experience Mississauga Honda had always prided themselves on what was convenient for the customer. When I went in to pick up my vehicle Kanav asked if I’d brought a blank cheque meanwhile he had never asked me to when we spoke over the phone or said what I needed for the car pick up appointment. He apologized for my experience and said he would give me a call in a few days to see how the car was. He never called, nor was I ever contacted by anyone even though I had such a terrible experience and made it known I was very upset. I left multiple other reviews and no one reached out. The first time Mississauga Honda contacted me was (surprise) to try and get more money and leave a message with deals they had for snow tires. I booked my oil change for my 2022 Honda at Mississauga Honda for the sole reason that I could hopefully speak to the manager about my experience while I was there this past Friday. The manager I was told was not in when I was there, but the woman at reception took my name and info and said that he would call me on Saturday when he was in the dealership. It has been 4 full days and I’m still waiting for that call. Getting a new car should be an fun and exciting time but Kanav and Mississauga Honda made this experience the complete opposite for me which is too bad because with my previous leases I had a good experience. The customer service and lack of getting back to me is why I would ABSOLUTELY recommend going to a different Honda dealership instead of this one. More
Dan is The man! Hey got me a car that met all the criteria I wanted while keeping it in my budget. When the car arrived he was flexible with his schedule, bought balloons, had a big bow on the car and was more excited to give me the car than I was to get it. He has personalized the experience of buying a new car so much that it makes you not want to buy anything other than a Honda. I would recommend Dan the Man to all my friends and family as he treats you as such. More
