Love Jay! He was helpful, great communication and customer oriented. While I have had my car back for only an hour or so, I feel the work was outstanding . On the other hand, the Conciege was not polite and had not coordinated with my Service Advisor with regards to my communications with him. I still give MBG a 5 Top Star rating More
