The perceived superior quality of this brand is a myth and if you really want to blow money, get the extended warranty so you can be told "it's not covered, it's not covered etc etc."....one small example of so so many issues: the struts holding the hatch open are RUSTED and leaking but they still function "So they are not covered". Overall a truly awful and disappointing ownership experience amplified by this dreadful dealership...minus 5 stars More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This location has the worst service. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AND STAY AWAY FROM MERCEDES BENZ!!! You will get better service at Honda. They will damage your vehicle and claim they didn't do anything. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Don't be fooled by the Sales reps being so 'nice' they just want you to sign the contract and after that they don't give a crap about you or vehicle or what you say. I took my car in for regular service, I got the vehicle back DAMAGED!!! I called my service advisor, he says 'we didn't do it, it was like that' IM SORRY WHAT??? Spoke to the Manager and the manager is even worse than the service advisor, he also did not even acknowledge my concern!!! All he had to say is, 'there's no reason we would damage it'. So I have to deal with the repairs myself!!! DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES AND IF YOU OWN ONE, UNFORTUNATELY, DO NOT GO THE MISSISSAUGA LOCATION. I am looking into cancelling my contract, I do not want to deal with them ever again!!! Don't spend your hard earned money on these people, go elsewhere. Go to BMW, I owned a BMW before, they had the best service ever!! I'm switching back yo BMW! More

Great Experience I recently had my car service from Mercedes Benz Mississauga and I would say that all the service representative are helpful and very attentive. I req I recently had my car service from Mercedes Benz Mississauga and I would say that all the service representative are helpful and very attentive. I requested a GLA for a loan car as I have a plan of upgrading soon and wanted to try the difference of driving a bigger car compared to a sedan and they have accommodated my request, I am very thankful for that. I also had an issue with the command controller switch and it was addressed properly and excellently, thank you to Porus Pastakia who took care of my concern, he was helpful and approachable, he provided me with the timely status of my car service. treated Like a Dog I am very disappointed with the way I was treated here. This all starts off back in January when I first went into Mercedes to purchase a new car. I c I am very disappointed with the way I was treated here. This all starts off back in January when I first went into Mercedes to purchase a new car. I currently drive an Audi Q7. I went in to take a glance at the GLC SUV, after taking it for a test drive with my sales rep Donna Essue, she recommended a bigger SUV as my body size is a little large. We then test drove the GLE43 AMG, I really liked the truck, and the sales Manager Joe Hakim offered an intriguing price as it was the end of the month. I was asked to leave a deposit of $2000.00 which I luckily had cash on me. I did not want to finance the $100,000 dollar truck, but the finance manager recommended me to finance it. I agreed and went in for financing to purchase the truck. Next day I was told I did not qualify for financing, to which I said no problem, I will buy it myself. I provided necessary information to show how I own a business and can purchase this truck without the need of financing. A week later expecting to pick up my truck, I was told I cannot purchase this truck unless I trade in my Audi Q7 or Finance the truck. My Audi Q7 is worth about $16,000 and they wanted to give me $7,500.00 so I said no thank you. The Manager Joe Hakim was Very persistent that I cannot purchase the GLE43 AMG unless I trade in my Car. I Disagreed and requested to have my deposit returned, to which they said I will have to wait 2 weeks to get it back. After a week I got a call from my Sales Rep Donna Essue, she angrily advised my cheque was ready. Donna is very new to this dealership and I was very uncomfortable dealing with her in making a 100,000 dollar purchase, but I went with it. When I went back in, Donna insisted I speak with Joe and ask if he can do a deal. I felt at this point that I was begging to purchase a truck, but I looked past that as well. I spoke to Joe and he said he can put me into a GLE 400, without having to trade in my car. I agreed and also agreed to wait till the end of March to get delivery of my vehicle. I selected the truck I wanted with the packages and everything, and left happily first week of Feb. On Wednesday March 15th I called Donna to follow-up with the vehicle, she said the truck has arrived but there’s an issue. Confused I went in on Thursday to meet with her. When I got there, I had to wait for Donna and Joe to speak with me, waited almost 45 mins, and finally Joe came to me and said Mercedes will not sell me the Truck unless I agree to their low ball of an offer for my Q7. They also said that they will only lease me the truck and not sell it to me. Joe was very rude and said this is what it is. If you don’t want to lease it, we are not going to sell it. I waited over a month for this car, initially with the GLE43 AMG I was supposed to have it in a week, this prolonged the deal, and still I am without a truck. Joe in particular had no remorse for the time I’ve spent at the dealership trying to cooperate with their inexperienced sales rep Donna. Overall I’ve spent over 14 hours at that dealership to make this deal, and felt like I was kicked out. I don’t know why I suddenly felt like I was purchasing a cheap car and there was no appreciation for a 28 year old to be able to afford a $100,000 dollar truck. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life. I never write reviews, but this is something that has offended me. I felt disrespected, my time was wasted. I would not even recommend purchasing a chocolate bar from here unless you want to be treated like a degraded dog. More

We did not expect to talk to George but the other sales who speak Chinese was busy there. The entire conversation we felt was the feeling of arrogant, unfriendly, dishonesty and rude. When we were looking for a pen to write, he turned his head away... He did never give the way for us even though he looked to be polite but almost got over my coffee cup, he did not say a sorry but continued to talk!!! What the heel!!! More

HA My 2011 R350 was towed in by CAA for a new battery, I also had read the reviews but felt I had no option but to take it here - what could go wrong it was a simple battery switch , I could have done it myself !!!! .... after picking up the car, I was 30 minutes along the 401 eastbound in Toronto on a weekend that the Gardiner was closed and my car is pouring BLACK. SMOKE from the engine !!!! after a terrifying escape to the shoulder of the highway , my car is hoisted on to another flatbed and TOWED AGAIN to another Mercedes dealership !! - 335.00 out of my pocket - to Dundas East this time .... excellent crew over there and I should have taken it there the first time !!!!! Never ever take your car to Mavis Rd service department ... what was a simple battery turned into a potential disaster because of their incompetence. All charges were then billed back to Mavis which confirms that it was their mess originally. I am still without a car ... a simple battery replacement - WHAT I TOLD THEM TO DO BUT INSTEAD THEY REPLACED THE ALTERNATOR AND THEN DID NOT REFILL THE FLUIDS AND DID NOT CONNECT THE HOSES ..... has turned into 8 days of inconvenience for me. UNBELIEVABLE that they can even stay in business . "Mr. Mercedes dealership owner ... wake up !! I will not be buying a Mercedes again if you can't fix what you sell ,, " More
