An extremely distressing and disappointing experience purchasing a 2016 Ford Transit Connect from Mercedes-Benz Langley. As a young woman financing her first vehicle, I felt initially Mercedes-Benz to be purchasing a 2016 Ford Transit Connect from Mercedes-Benz Langley. As a young woman financing her first vehicle, I felt initially Mercedes-Benz to be a reliable and trustworthy dealership, however, it was not two months of owning this vehicle that three of the coolant hoses developed extreme leaks requiring urgent and very expensive repairs due to difficulty in accessing the hoses. In addition, the upper strut mount FELL off the vehicle once lifted up in the shop, and was also found to have damage to the ball joint boot and several electrical issues within the cab despite the satisfactory looking inspection report from Mercedes-Benz mechanics. It is outrageous and morally unkempt for such a well-established dealership to be handing out vehicles in this quality of repair to young individuals still building their financial equity. I feel both taken advantage of and scammed and I will never be recommending this dealership in the future. More

I have 3 Mercedes , two from here service stated more than 20% left on brakes and tires in acceptable condition - turns out zero left on front brakes costing my service van a tow, new rotors and seized f than 20% left on brakes and tires in acceptable condition - turns out zero left on front brakes costing my service van a tow, new rotors and seized front disc capillar with both front tires bald….I will never service my vehicles here again, false reports, no doing service they are contracted to do, service manager never even called me back after 3 calls to department Abbotsford vw replaced and repaired front disc system for less than the twelve hundred it cost me for type b service at Mercedes Will never buy another one again More

NO MASK WORN BY SALESMAN FOR THE 4 MINUTE TESTDRIVE, NO MASKS WORN BY STAFF IN THE SHOWROOM, AND NO MASK DURING ORIENTATION INSIDE THE CAR UPON DELIVERY. Yes, a 4 minute test drive is all you get - literal MASKS WORN BY STAFF IN THE SHOWROOM, AND NO MASK DURING ORIENTATION INSIDE THE CAR UPON DELIVERY. Yes, a 4 minute test drive is all you get - literally around the block, they tell you where to go in as little time as possible. After they take your money, they'll ignore you. I bought a 2019 GLC63 in Sept/2019. The used car salesman (pun intended) never mentioned the 3 day/300 km exchange policy on certified pre-owned when we bought it nor when we came in again shortly after and complained about a loud knocking sound coming from the tires when turning. He couldn't be bothered to give us the time of day after the sale was complete. In fact, he made my husband wait when we came in the 2nd time to pick up the Owner's Manual while he hustled a new prospective customer - loyalty didn't matter, only a new sale mattered. I wrote a letter to both Sales Manager and the General Manager outlining my concerns and comments and almost one month later...no replies from any of them to say they'll look into it or their sorry for our terrible experience. DO NOT TRUST MERCEDES LANGLEY - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER - ONLY GETTING YOUR MONEY! Severe lack of professionalism - it took the Sales Manager, Richard Kim, a week to answer my email about trading in the car for something else. The General Manager, Scott Bianchin, should be ashamed of his lack of leadership during the Covid crisis and his inability to respond to customer complaints. Mercedes Langley is a good example of why car dealerships and used car salesmen have a bad reputation of being untrustworthy. More
