Technicians not mechanics anymore I can only assume with technology and automation Ford is trying to save money by no longer having to pay for mechanics, but they can pay a lower wage I can only assume with technology and automation Ford is trying to save money by no longer having to pay for mechanics, but they can pay a lower wage for a "technician" to plug into a computer and have your car diagnosed. The only way to get an actual problem fixed is to ask for the Service Mgr to do a ride-a-long and experience it because the computer and the technicians do not see it. My last two major issues could not be detected by the "computer" or "technician". The Service Manager saw it immediately. This makes taking time off work to bring your car in a very expensive situation as I was told to bring it back again if the problem persists. Therefore requesting a ride-a-long is the only way to reduce missed work and pay. I was to have tires rotated as well, but the invoice does not show it was completed. The good thing is Pam and Service Mgr willingly comply if available but my last visit he was not there. My daughters Focus jerks so bad when accelerating and guess what, the computer says it is fine. However the possibilities of whiplash exist. She has brought it in 3 times with the same answer so next time she will request ride-a-long. Hopefully noting dangerous happens in the interim which would cost Ford much more. More

A very comfortable experience , that leaves you satisfied . Up until now , I have never been comfortable purchasing a vehicle. My experience with Meadowvale Ford has totally changed that for me . I first contacted them by phone to confirm the deal and price before venturing down to them . Micheal the salesperson I spoke with was very polite ,knowledgeable and straight forward with me. After that things got even better ! The whole staff where very helpful . and patient and very willing to help in every way . I was blown away by the amount of inventory that Meadowvale had on hand , and it was no problem getting me the 2017 Mustang that I had been craving for so long. The vehicle was ready for me at the promised time , which also impressed me very much . My friend who gave me a ride to pick up my vehicle was also impressed with the inventory and pricing . New 2017 Superduty F350 DRW received my new 2017 Superduty truck last night that I had special ordered to pull my 5th wheel trailer. I was very pleased with the final cost of the truck and the value they gave to me on my trade in. There were not any high pressure sales tactics to purchase additional warranties, coating etc. They explained the options and when I said no to some of the options, that we the end of the conversation. The sales person, Brad, was very good to confirm everything by email as I requested and contacted me a week before delivery when they received the VIN number so that I could arrange for insurance paperwork, and the other final paperwork needed to accept delivery, I love the truck and would not hesitate to go back to Meadowvale Ford to purchase another vehicle More
