Worst buying experience I came in to lease a Ford F-150 for my business, taheer was the most confusing/miscommunicating person I met. I had to call him to explain something e I came in to lease a Ford F-150 for my business, taheer was the most confusing/miscommunicating person I met. I had to call him to explain something every time which wasn’t explained the first time we did the deal. As well I had to call him for everything; Was I approved, when will it be ready which it took a week for a new lot cat they had, Also I had to ask him to do his job getting all the info for my insurance rep. It was very frustrating experience and I will not come back here again. More

They are a money scammer June 26,2017 I have to return my F150 Truck, leased couple years ago , I was thinking between leave the truck and go ,or pay it off , of course they June 26,2017 I have to return my F150 Truck, leased couple years ago , I was thinking between leave the truck and go ,or pay it off , of course they was pushing me toward lease another vehicle cause it is more beneficial for them . I went with them and they charged me $670 down for 2017 Edge , finally I decided to keep the truck and paid it off, they received the money in full and refused to refund the down for the edge . tried with the salesperson,Owners to refund my money they refused even after telling them a bout my decision to take a legal action against them they said carelessly no problem go ahead . More

Numerous issues with 2015 Ford Focs I've had many issue with my 2015 Ford Focus.....so far problems with the Phone SYNC & have just had my 3rd clutch replaced for the 3rd time in under 2 I've had many issue with my 2015 Ford Focus.....so far problems with the Phone SYNC & have just had my 3rd clutch replaced for the 3rd time in under 2 years and I fully expect it will re-occur. While I certainly NOT recommend that anyone buy a Ford Focus due to the excessive problems that were not fixed the first OR second time the clutch was replaced.... fingers crossed that the third clutch is an improvement. It is for this reason that I give the poor review, The service department has been polite, helpful and sympathetic .... it's the car that has been very disappointing.. More
