Excellent place, helpful and friendly employees, lots of cars to choose from. We had just moved to Guelph from another country and were overwhelmed with all the things that we had to do. We walked into their place without having browsed any cars since we didn't have time. Michael was our sales representative, and he was very helpful and patient with us. He helped us choose a car that suited our needs and budget. We were given the opportunity to test drive as many cars as we wanted, he made sure that the car we chose was the right car for us and one that we were completely comfortable with. My husband and I are both unemployed full time students with two young children, the financing team made every effort to ensure that we got good funding options for our car. Jonathan, an extremely nice employee filled out the financing applications for us and made sure to gather every little detail regarding our status. He later referred us to Stella who kindly walked us through our options and gave us the detailed terms and conditions of our financing plan. She broke everything down to us making it easy to comprehend the complicated financing numbers and conditions. She also made sure that we had a list of everything that needed to be brought in when we were to pick up the car. We were able to pick up our car only two days after visiting the shop!! The wilson's took care of everything including the registration of the car. When we picked up the car, it was like a brand new car, very clean and shiny, brand new tires, and fully serviced without paying an extra penny!! Thanks wilson's, thanks Mike, WE LOVE OUR NEW CAR !! It was a pleasant fun experience. The prices were great and we decided right there. Later when we were given only 1 key instead of 2 as promised, the staff was a bit defensive about there being 2 keys. Luckily they later found the 2nd key and informed us. Sunday Shopping - Excellent Customer Service - Great Product I had put off coming in to any car dealership, as I did not know everything about what I was looking for.  I had been to another - more local to Woods I had put off coming in to any car dealership, as I did not know everything about what I was looking for.  I had been to another - more local to Woodstock - used car dealership and had walked or drove around their huge parking lot for over a half hour and was never greeted or assisted.  The guys in the office saw me but never left the building until a man showed up and then a sales rep was immediately out and greeting him, leaving me standing 20 feet away with no greeting or acknowledgement.  It was the exact opposite experience at Mark Wilson Used Cars.  Imagine car shopping on a Sunday afternoon! I was just driving around and thought that I would check out Mark Wilsons. Rick was immediately available, quickly got me in to a vehicle to test drive and accommodated me when I asked to try out a couple more options.  He was full of knowledge and asked all of the questions that you would expect an interested sales person to ask - I was very comfortable working with him.  He never pressured me to make a decision on the spot and let me know that when I was ready, he and the dealership would be happy to help me.  I was really pleased with the entire experience.  The purchase went seamlessly - no hiccups - no last minute charges - no excuses or anything that would alter my experience.  Rick and the staff were excellent and we would recommend Rick to our friends. On another note,  I would like to add that the young man in financing was very helpful and easy to work with and the gal working on my final paperwork was very accommodating.  Also, the ladies washroom was really clean and fresh.  That is always a great indicator to me of what a work environment is really like.  If it has a clean washroom and it smells nice - someone is taking care of the details.  That seems like such a silly observation - but it is one that I regularly make. I will recommend the dealership and Rick to our family and friends. More
