I went in on a Sunday Morning and both Ryan and Shari where fantastic within 1 hr we where done , picked it up 4 days later and I am very happy good price and the service is great even after the sale Ryan worked with the dealership to repair a seat cover not covered by the warranty, They went over and above any dealership would have and they were quick in responding and completely understanding, We have no trouble traveling to Guelph from Stoney Creek to do it again in a couple of years. The option to postpone your payments for up to six months is also a nice option for added flexibility. Mark Wilson’s is definitely not your regular used car dealership - there’s a reason the word “better” is in their slogan. And it’s true - they’re one of the best dealerships we’ve dealt with. We live over an hour away and still make the trip for a hassle-free experience and quality vehicles. More

Service dept. messed up on tire installation and had to return for rebalancing. Car still has vibration. Might be the cheap Chinese tires they installed to move the car and make money. Service Department replaced the tires with good quality tires and what a difference in the ride. Smooth with no vibrations. Thank you Joe. More
