Both were great to work with and at no time did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. Both were honest, straightforward and were looking after my best interest, as a matter of fact Rob saved me over $1,000 in finding a better way of financing the vehicle that met my needs. Matt found the vehicle I wanted from a lot in Alberta and brought the vehicle in. Again they listened and gave me what I wanted, not what they had that may have been more convenient for them. The price I received for my trade-in was fair and Matt explained clearly how they came up to the price. The price I paid for the new vehicle was fair and again Matt explained clearly the breakdown. Rob explained every aspect of the financial, what the options were, and whether I wanted the options or not, that was my choice and not forced either way. Overall a goo buying experience, absolutely no buyer remorse and I would recommend the Dealership, and specifically Matt and Rob to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. More

The prep work began on sunday jan. 17/16. A list of wants was compiled as it related to the purchase of a 2016 GMC Terrian. On Monday AM I made a call to Mann Northway in Prince Albert and spoke to Ed Borix. He wrote down my list of wants for the vehicle that I requested. He indicated he would check inventories and call me back. On Tuesday AM I received a call from Ed indicating he had found the vehicle we had requested. Arrangements where made to review the list on Tuesday PM and make a decision on purchase. All details where handled very professionally. Ron Bodnarchuk became envolved in determining the trade in value,perks,rebates available and final pricing.Once again we where treated as Royalt y. After agreeing to final pricing we where introduced to Ed L Henaff who reviewed the financeing that was available. He also reviewed warrenties and protection plans.
