Truck was dropped off on Friday and finished on Tuesday, I got no rental vehicle for the 4 days and no call it was ready to go on Tuesday, I was told it broke because I didn’t drive it enough which is bulxx I got no rental vehicle for the 4 days and no call it was ready to go on Tuesday, I was told it broke because I didn’t drive it enough which is bulxxxx to me and everyone else I told . I just traded my 2017 terrain for a 2020 terrain , This is the second vehicle i bought for Macdonald , Craig and Nash were A1 excellent service . Love the 2020 terrain . There was still dirt inside the vehicle ,strikes on the windows , found wrappers inside the vehicle , still a stan on the drivers seat . Even tho the vehicle is used I excepted to be clean ..I have sent 2 other people to Macdonald and they have ended up purchasing vehicles and they have the same complaint .. Other then that Like i Craig and Nash were GREAT !! More

Fantastic team, got me in as soon as possible and fixed my truck perfectly with numerous faults and kept me advised throughout the day.
