Very Disappointed ! Started with a 2010 Camden and now driving a 2012 Mini Coupe was looking for my next new Mini! Was very disappointed on the lack of enthusiasm of the Started with a 2010 Camden and now driving a 2012 Mini Coupe was looking for my next new Mini! Was very disappointed on the lack of enthusiasm of the staff, in fact no sales people in the showroom. No real information or stats available for cars in the showroom and a feeling of real disinterest. Sales person came over from the BMW side and was more interested in showing the BMW. I don't understand why there seems to be a double standard at the dealership. Once my engine warning light was on just after purchase, two days after. Was told it could be that I didn't tighten the gas cap tight enough, didn't have the car long enough to put gas in it! Asked if this was common with the car and was told not with our BMW drivers! Ouch! So unfortunately I think I will be checking out Kitchener Waterloo where I have been told they respect the Mini and their drivers! More
Stay away, far far away !! I bought a used Mini Cooper S convertible with warranty. It soon started shifting erratically, rev high shifting into second (automatic) then wham, it I bought a used Mini Cooper S convertible with warranty. It soon started shifting erratically, rev high shifting into second (automatic) then wham, it would actually squeal the front tires when it shifted. I complained twice about this, but according to their "computer" everything was fine. I no sooner left this shop, did exactly the same thing. I'd personally be reluctant to purchase air for my tires, disappointed is being very polite !! More
Horrible service right from the beginning! I bought a 2015 MINI Cooper Hatch. I have had nothing but trouble since I first brought it home. 3 months into owning this car it stop working in the I bought a 2015 MINI Cooper Hatch. I have had nothing but trouble since I first brought it home. 3 months into owning this car it stop working in the middle of the road. When I took it to MINI London and after a week of the car being with them they were completely unable to tell me what was wrong with it. It then took them another month to fix it at which point I refused to take it back and requested they give me another car as my confidence driving a vehicle it took them a month to diagnose and fix especially being that it had only been in the road 3 months before this incident was gone. I did get a new vehicle months later and had to pay even more. In the last, which is less than a year later I am trading my MINI for another vehicle brand all together. I had a total of three events that caused me to be back in the dealership with second car. Twice the check engine light came in the 10 months I had this second car. Once the car actually would not excelerate above 60km per hour. Do not buy a car from this dealership. I have known other MINI drivers in London that stuck with their cars but actually make the drive to Kitchener to have their car serviced. The service at MINI London truly is that bad. More
I have driven BMW's for 23 years I find this dealership one of the best I've dealt with. Service is always friendly and timely. Great folks to deal with and I recommend this dealership highly. Booked appointment for oil service and cracked headlight replacement.. Confirmed twice that the replacement headlight will be in stock.<br><br>Checked the car in - Had to correct oil change to oil service. replacement.. Confirmed twice that the replacement headlight will be in stock.<br><br>Checked the car in - Had to correct oil change to oil service.<br><br>Recieved a call that the appointment for light bulb replacement will not help with the cracked headlight (??). Told the light was not in stock.<br><br>Waited 2 hours for shuttle pick up. Found the car unwashed and service booklet unstamped. No explaination was offered for the delay or the unwashed car. No offer to correct their mistakes. More
