Took my 2020 Mini Cooper S in for one of the "free" oil changes that was included in the initial purchase. Was told they do not honor that commitment as I wanted to have the oil changed before the 15,000 changes that was included in the initial purchase. Was told they do not honor that commitment as I wanted to have the oil changed before the 15,000 km manufactures' recommendation. The service rep just kept saying they will do the change until the mileage came up. This is just stupid as the oil change was in the price of the car and I wanted to treat the car better than the really long interval established by BMW. More
