Was hoping to leave with a new car today but the sales manager pretty much dismissed me after the salesman went back in one time. I felt completely dismissed by these two rude employees and I was complete manager pretty much dismissed me after the salesman went back in one time. I felt completely dismissed by these two rude employees and I was completely shocked at how they treated me for just attempting to ask for more money on a trade in - you know, negotiate like you always have to at the dealership. They surely didn’t want my business and didn’t even want to attempt to negotiate with me. It was the strangest experience I have ever had and I don’t understand how these rude salesman can sell anything. I’m guessing if my husband were there then he would have been treated with respect instead of being dismissed and not taken seriously. I was planning on leaving there with a new car and now will tell every person I know to never go back there. More

The emails I receive do not align with what is actually expected with the dealership. I was told those emails are automated. The rep told me don’t worry about them. Very unfriendly and do not care about the customer at all. It’s an assembly line and don’t care about anything but making money. I feel very uncomfortable going there it seems I am inconveniencing them. I ask questions about my service and all I get is pushback. Josh was very friendly, informative and I was easily able to set follow up appointments to get the car I wanted. Curtis was very straightforward on items needed for financing and explained the warranties sup to set follow up appointments to get the car I wanted.
