The car had an AC issue from the start, which I reported during last winter. The dealership assured me it would be resolved, but despite visiting four times over six months, the issue persists. The sales manager, Mike, has been uncooperative, ignoring my calls and being unavailable during my visits. Initially, Sam, the previous sales manager, handled my purchase, but Mike’s lack of responsiveness has made this process frustrating. I was repeatedly told the necessary spare part would arrive soon, yet six months later, nothing has been done. This poor service has left me deeply dissatisfied with Kia.
