Terrible customer service,. Can never get through to the service dept on the phone.. They want to charge $158 to diagnose the car to determine if it’s covered under warranty. I have never been charged from other dealers while car was under warranty. Very disappointing, I always praised my Kia, unfortunately I do not feel I can do that anymore. Tried to talk to service manager, but he was to busy. More

I was not pleased with the service department as I had an appoitment for 7:30am on a Thursday and my car wasn’t looked at until 3pm. Where they told me that it needed a new nox sensor and that it wouldn’t be appoitment for 7:30am on a Thursday and my car wasn’t looked at until 3pm. Where they told me that it needed a new nox sensor and that it wouldn’t be in until Tuesday the following week. I felt that if maybe they looked at my car when then were supposed to then maybe I wouldn’t have had to wait so long to get my car back. The communication is absolutely terrible. And it would be nice if they would answer the phone every once in awhile More
