I bought a used car on line from the manager. He sent me photos and full description. I pre paid for it (Big Mistake). When I picked it up the vehicle would not drive. Back in 2016 my wife and I bought a brand new Kia Rondo. although we experienced some difficulties, everything was covered by the new car warranty. More recently I've been dealing with Elyse Hegy and she has been professional, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. To me, customer service is key and both Glen and Elyse have excelled. My 80 year old mother purchased her car there new ! always had it serviced there religiously ! against my judgeme service in London !! hands down !! She even had the snow tire service done there . as per the service advice! And now she wishes to give her car to her granddaughter , she went to get the summer tires ! only to be now told that she has forfeited them !! xxx ! no one made any effort to contact her ! This is a very poor way to do business ! I now see why this dealer ship has so many bad reviews !!! I cannot believe this is how they choose to do business ! taking advantage of people !
