I have found Lexus in the Park extraordinarily helpful and pleasant to deal with over several years and my most recent experience with them has o I have found Lexus in the Park extraordinarily helpful and pleasant to deal with over several years and my most recent experience with them has only reinforced my very high opinion of the operation there. I initially was quite unsure of the type of car and deal I wanted but came away feeling I'd been helped to find just what I needed, the 2014 ES 350. I was guiding throughout by sales person Stephen DeSilva, whom I had dealt with before and always have found wonderfully informative, patient, and personable. While I always find acquiring a new car somewhat stressful, DeSilva made the whole experience far more pleasant than one would expect. I certainly felt I got the best advice possible and had all my questions answered clearly and comprehensively. He is a truly excellent sales person to deal with and I'm glad to give him my highest recommendation. The same goes of Josie Allen who led me with great patience and skill through the whole process of adapting to the latest Lexus technology. I am not exactly swift-witted, to put it mildly, when it comes to auto high-tech systems but Ms Allen could not have been more encouraging and helpful. Seem to be suggesting things before they are necessary I moved the service of my lexus to this dealership because its closer to my home. But unlike my previous dealer, there always seems to be several thi I moved the service of my lexus to this dealership because its closer to my home. But unlike my previous dealer, there always seems to be several things that need to get replaced or fixed. Both of my last two services have ended up over $1000 and my car only has 47,000 kms. It seems that they are recommending things well before they are required to carry forward revenue to them. They told me my tires needed replacing at 40,000 KMs and i'm now told this was clearly not required. This time they determined that my battery needed to be replaced, the transmission fluid needed replacing and a bunch of other things. I think it was because my wife took the car in. The car only has 47,000 KMs? I think they maybe gauging. Time to switch back to our old dealer. More

Lexus Experiences... Now I know why Good products, knowledgeable staffs and friendly services are my expectations when I walk into a Lexus showroom. However, not all Lexus dealerships provide the same "Lexus Experiences". Lexus on the Park is the second Lexus dealership I visited in the past week. It has been night and day experiences compare to the first one. I can truly feel the sales consultant helps me to make my decision rather than just pushing me a product. As an informed consumer these days, I don't need any sales rep to sell me a car, instead, I want to find someone that can help me to buy .... This is my Lexus experience with Lexus on the park.
